RSG India (New Delhi) is executing the largest and most diverse project portfolio in any single RSG market:

• LINAC Deployments — Akesis Gemini360RT® installations across multiple hospital groups in Delhi, Mumbai and tier-2 cities; includes commissioning, clinical physics and Radformation AI auto-contouring.
• Proton Therapy — RSG is advisor and equipment partner on feasibility studies for two Indian hospital groups exploring proton centre development, aligned with India's growing demand for advanced cancer treatment.
• Turnkey Centres — Full-scope cancer centre construction and fit-out projects, including vault design, LINAC supply, OIS/TPS integration, and staff training programmes.
• PPP Structures — Public-private partnership agreements with state health departments to deliver and operate radiotherapy infrastructure under long-term concession models.

RSG is developing a public-private partnership for the deployment of the GammaPod® Stereotactic Radiotherapy System in Cairo — Africa's first dedicated GammaPod installation. Designed for ultra-precise stereotactic treatment of breast cancer, the GammaPod delivers highly targeted radiation in fewer fractions. The PPP model allows a Cairo hospital partner to offer this technology without full upfront capital, with RSG financing and operating the system under a revenue-share agreement.

RSG and JonaTechnologies are delivering the Maldives Oncology Centre of Excellence (MOCE) at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital — a full turnkey project encompassing two distinct clinical disciplines: Radiotherapy (Akesis Gemini360RT® LINAC, bunker construction, commissioning, clinical physics training) and Nuclear Medicine (PET-CT scanner, hot lab, radiopharmacy setup, SPECT-CT). This will be the first radiotherapy and nuclear medicine service ever available within the Maldives, delivered under a government partnership with the Ministry of Health.

Zambia's sole cancer radiotherapy facility — Cancer Diseases Hospital in Lusaka — serves 20 million people with severely constrained capacity. RSG is structuring a PPP to deploy an additional Akesis Gemini360RT® LINAC at CDH under a long-term government partnership. The PPP model covers RSG financing the equipment, delivering commissioning and training, and operating under a revenue-share or per-fraction payment structure with the Ministry of Health — removing any capital barrier to expanding national RT capacity.

RSG is partnered with Ghana's Ministry of Health and Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on a comprehensive oncology infrastructure programme covering two clinical streams: Radiotherapy — multi-LINAC deployment and vault construction at Korle Bu, with DFI financing supported by RSG through Afreximbank and AfDB introductions; and Nuclear Medicine — PET-CT and SPECT-CT installation to establish Ghana's diagnostic oncology imaging capability alongside therapy. Government-backed programme under the National Cancer Control Plan.

Tanzania's 67 million people are served by only two functioning LINAC machines, both at Ocean Road Cancer Institute (ORCI) in Dar es Salaam — one of the most acute RT deficits in East Africa. RSG is in advanced discussions with the Tanzanian Ministry of Health and ORCI to deploy additional Linac capacity under a PPP structure: RSG finances and delivers the LINAC, with repayment through a per-treatment revenue-share model. The project also covers a regional feasibility study for a second oncology hub in northern Tanzania to expand access beyond Dar es Salaam.
